Located close to local attractions with easy mountain access, our home is your perfect getaway for exploring the area or simply unwinding in a peaceful setting.
- Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am

- Please be respectful of the neighbors. The house has an upstairs tenant and the yard is a shared space. You are welcome to use the furniture located in the yard.

- Noise complaints may result in fines.

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.

- Pets allowed with permission and reservation. The pet fee is $250 per reservation. Please add pets to the reservation under the `Add guests` tab in the search bar. Kindly clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the outdoor garbage cans.
