This space worked for us as we had one night in the area before flying out. The kitchen was not as well equipped as I had hoped. The patio and yard were not ready for use other than one small space. The location was good and Jacob was responsive with questions.

Jacob is a very gracious host. He even brought me a hair dryer when I couldn’t find one in the apartment. The fenced back yard was a great place to unwind and relax with our dogs after a long day of pre-op tests at UC Health.

This stay was such a memorable one for us. The property is amazing. Cleaniness was top tier. Our pets had a space to run and get some fresh air. The room looked exactly like the pics if not better in person. The neighborhood is beautiful. We would recommend this to anybody for a comfortable stay for you and your furry companions.

Had no problems. The bottom rack and drip pan on the toaster oven needed cleaned and the counter top had coffee grounds on it. No hot water in kitchen sink. Those were our only issues. They allowed us to check in early as we got into town ahead of schedule. We would stay at this property again.

It was a nice little space to stay the only reason i gave a 3 for the accuracy was that on my end it looked like it was listed as the entire home not a basement in the listers home. other than that everything was wonderful! He had a lot of amenities stocked and everything was very clean!
