We ended up cancelling our reservation. It took 10 minutes of circling the building to be able to access the main entrance. Once we found the entrance we realized the area was not safe and I didn’t feel comfortable staying at tue hotel with my young son. Thankfully we were able to cancel our reservation and find a safer hotel.

My husband and I were attending a concert at ball arena and to avoid driving back to the Springs late at night, we decided to stay here. Everything was clean - and i loved that the hotel/elevator required key card access. It was also a very convenient location; we were able to ride scooters from the arena back to the hotel. Parking can be kind of inconvenient, but not a deal breaker.

Parking at the hotel was very limited, and we were directed to another lot across the street. It would be helpful to have been able to select onsite parking when booking the room. The area made you take a second thought about the security of having the car in another lot that was much more exposed in a neighborhood that is very sketchy.
