A King bed and a Queen and a warm and inviting living space for your family to gather and spend quality time together. 300 square ft of living space, this house can accommodate up to ten people, Small pets welcome. 🔇 Rule #3: Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Guests must respect quiet hours and avoid loud noises.

Nice property in nice safe neighborhood. All on 1 level, perfect since we have mobility issues. Comfortable bedrooms. We liked the living area and the kitchen. Clean. Owner very good at responding to questions and needs. A good value. Note that TVs require that you run channels from your own streaming services. Thanks Ernest for a great stay!

We were in town for the week for a softball tournament and this house was a great place to stay. Since it was the middle of summer it was pretty hot without the AC we are used to but we managed.

Good house good location

We spent 6 nights here and had a nice stay. The location was great to get to Denver, golden and Boulder. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We enjoyed the hot tub- think about bringing beach towels for getting to and from in the cold!

Wonderful Experience

What a great property !We spent a week in the area and used it as a jumping off point for many local attractions . This home is in a great area of Arvada just blocks from Old Town . The yard is perfect for relaxing and has ample seating if you have guests . The property is a super, clean single story home which comes with most amenities you would need. Staff is attentive and we look forward to renting again.

Came to the Denver area to ride the Denver Century Ride. Found this nice 3-bedroom home in Arvada which suited us well. The garage was good for us to secure our bikes. We also enjoyed the very large TV using our own streaming services accounts. Good communication with the owners.

Great stay with friends

A group of 5 friends had a great stay at this house in Arvada. The house itself was very clean with some great amenities: HUGE tv in the living room and a nice grill and hot tub in the backyard. The house had almost everything we needed to prepare meals (we picked up some condiments but plenty of pots, pans, spices.) The beds were comfortable and the wifi was fast. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Great experience. House was perfect.

Very nice property in good location. We chose this property because my wife has mobility problems, only 2 minimal steps into the house, otherwise no steps. Very nice living space, kitchen is excellent. Beds very comfortable. Very nice backyard patio, perfect for relaxing after exploring Denver. Property very clean. The owners were easy to communicate with. We plan to stay here again when visiting our son.

Beautiful home.

Clean and well-equipped with pots, pans, utensils...made it way to cook and eat there instead of going to restaurants. Backyard is fully fenced and includ4y.lots of room to hang out and just relax in a beautiful setting.

Great things! -beds were very comfy. -lots of room for kids to play. -Nice couch but dirty under the seats. -Nice large TV. - make sure to bring paper plates and bowls as everything is glass here. - oh and bring Salt and Pepper. Cons on staying here - Hot tub was super dirty when we showed up. The kids were able to hop in on our last day. After they sent a cleaner. Said they would reimburse us for the hot tub at least. - we had to supply the garbage bags. - had to go get propane to use the grill. I would definitely stay here again but would make sure to check the propane, garbage bags and Hot Tub.
