This hotel is in bad shape. The rooms smell horrible like mold or mildew. The guy working at the check in desk was clearly under the influence of something and very disrespectful. The mattresses need to be replaced as well as they have stains all over them. The coffee maker was still dirty from the previous guests and the hotel was located in a bad place. I would stay away from this place especially if you have kids traveling with you. You would be better off staying in your vehicle for the night.

James, You have 2 stays with us, 2 days apart.Question.. if you regretted your first booking and the experience was so terrible, why would you rebook and stay again? If you have something to discuss with us, please call the property instead of leaving awful reviews.

After booking this hotel I immediately regretted it as soon as I stepped in the room and we truly contemplated sleeping in our vehicle. First off the guy at the desk was very disrespectful and seemed to be under the influence of something. When we got to our room and opened the door and the smell of mildew was horrible. The room was dirty and very dated inside, the mattress was disgusting and had stains all over it. The bathroom smelled bad and was just nasty. The place is also located in a bad area, I was scared to leave my vehicle in the parking. The only reason we stayed is because we had an early flight to catch DEN and it was very close to the airport which is the ONLY good thing about this hotel. Please do yourself a favor and STAY ELSEWHERE!!!

Both nights I was given a room that DID NOT have a king bed. When I told management they told me that's all they had and that I booked incorrectly. I looked at my booking and showed it was still king but not given the correct room. My room has holes in the wall and carpet and my door looked like it had been broken into and the door frame wasn't fixed.

Jude was awesome, super friendly and accommodating. The cleaning staff were helpful and also super friendly. The only complaint I heard while there was someone who wanted a bigger breakfast selection, every other guest seemed happy.

Comfortable beds and friendly staff. Only issue we had was an ac that took a while to cool the room off but it wasn’t horrible.
