The property was in a questionable neighborhood and not really in downtown like was advertised. We had a fight break out in front of the property at 2 am for one of the nights we stayed that was loud enough to wake us up. The desk staff were only marginally friendly. The breakfasts were terrible (serving guests on paper plates and plastic silverware-really?!?!) and the kitchen staff completely unfriendly. We paid $200 a night for a studio room at this property and there was nothing about our experience that merited the price. Absolutely horrible experience and we would never stay again and never recommend anyone else stay there in Denver either.

Our room was clean and had all of the expected amenities. The hallways and common areas reeked of pot and an elevator smelled like someone had peed on the carpet. Several rooms in the area were noisy with yelling and inappropriate conversations were easily overheard. The office staff was nice and quickly corrected an overcharge when brought to their attention. The security guard was very friendly and we enjoyed talking with her.

Hotel was quiet, easy to get to, able to get to appointment the next morning easy. Several eating places within walking distance of hotel. Comfortable bed, clean room, the remote to the TV could have worked better, probably needed new batteries.

Loved the location and the hotel itself. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, everything was immaculately clean and the room had so many perks to it, bed was insanely comfortable. Overall, perfect hotel experience for our staycation.
