Our newly renovated home boasts a central location that allows you to explore the best of Colorado:

-Denver: 15-minute drive
-Golden: 10-minute drive
-Red Rocks Amphitheatre: 15-minute drive
-Boulder: 35-minute drive

With 3 bedrooms, three queen-sized beds, and a twin-sized day bed, this home accommodates a maximum of 7 guests.

There's also a running/cycling path with a tranquil creek at the end of the street.

The space:
Large kitchen with island and dining table, three bedrooms, and a living room. The twin sized day bed is in an open area without a privacy door. There are two bathrooms and a laundry area. There is also a backyard seating area with a propane fire pit and string lights.

Guest access:
Guests will have full access to the house and driveway.

We loved the house! It was comfortable and beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a gorgeous dining table that was large enough for our family of six. The neighborhood was conveniently located near I 70, a fantastic produce and food market, Heine’s, and shopping mall just 10 minutes away. Oh, a kind neighbor jumped our dead battery when it was time to leave!

Amazing Stay! This Mid-Mod home is exactly as stated. The unique floor plan is beautifully decorated and felt very comfortable. Plenty of towels. 25 minute drive to Red Rocks Amp (which is why we were there, for a concert). Nestled in a neighborhood a walk away from a nature trail and Anderson Park, of which we caught a free, Wednesday night, summer music series #bonus! The large kitchen and dining area was fully stocked with local coffee and all the spicing needs (thank you for that). The outdoor space was perfect, especially enjoying cool CO nights at the end of July. A relief from the FL heat and humidity. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

This adorable mid-mod house is the perfect place to stay! Meticulously curated, extremely clean, and had plenty of space for our family. It had everything we needed for exploring Arvada, Golden and Boulder during the day, and relaxing at night. The host is a dream to work with!

Girls Trip

Amazing Space

Absolutely loved the house!!! It was a perfect size for me and my friends. I do wish the second bathroom was slightly bigger but thankful to have 2 in the place so it doesn't feel crowded. Layout was beautiful and loved having breakfast in the front yard and playing games in the loft. Would definitely stay again

Great stay!

We were a group of ladies that didn't travel far from home but wanted a weekend "away" to celebrate a couple birthdays and just enjoy girl time. The house worked well for us and there was nothing that we needed that wasn't provided. Inside was clean, well-stocked and comfortable. It was a bit stormy so we stayed inside for our entire stay. The kitchen was roomy and well-equipped and the table was perfect for hours of games and visiting through meals that we cooked on-site. Everything was labeled well and easy to use, however we were more comfortable the second night when we figured out that each bedroom was individually heated :) Erin was extremely good with communication and check-in and out was very easy.

Great location!

Trendy Mid-mod is in a great location with easy access to Denver and Golden! Wonderful kitchen made it easy for some family dinners and there are a couple great places to grab a bite close by. Beautiful hike/bike trail down the street as well. We had a great experience here! Enjoy!

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Mid-Mod Oasis! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and Erin was incredibly welcoming, offering helpful local tips and ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space itself was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated – exactly like the photos! It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, stores, and sporting events, yet the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Great home

We had a fantastic stay at this Wheat Ridge home! We were in town ffor a wedding and couldn't have found a better home. The house was incredibly comfortable, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor was tasteful and added a charming touch to the overall experience. The location couldn’t have been better—just about 15 minutes from both Denver and Golden, making it easy to explore the best of what Colorado has to offer. We also loved that there were many hiking trails within a 20-40 minute drive. A nice surprise was the cute brewery just down the street, where we enjoyed some local craft beers and great pizza. Overall, this home was an ideal base for our adventures, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area!

Surprise burthday trip

Lovely house in a great location. Updated and modern made our stay extremely comfortable. Easy to find, easy to check in and out, and communications with the host is a breeze. Host is really hospitable and responsive. We can't wait to stay here again.

Good location for skiing

Owners took time to reno and decorate with style, kitchen well stocked.Quirky layout inside, big Space, bedrooms,are nicely heated but common spaces are hard to keep warm, bathrooms are small and not heated. Was not sure about the neibourhood but was safe, calm and near all the stores you might need (Costco, Target and Walmart) and close to the highway. Airport was also a breeze. Overall a good stay, I do recommend.
