I did not like the fact that they did not disclose anything, they will wait until you check in and pay your money before they tell you that the elevators are not in service after placing you on a higher level than floor 1 and the hotel is under construction so all you smell throughout the hotel floors are cigarettes and paint, the “free breakfast included” don’t waste your time it’s brown paper bag lunch style, booked multiple nights but immediately knew I couldn’t stay there with kids so the were supposed refund me and has yet to do so.

This property is being remodeled, but for the price that was not really a problem. The main issue we had was the cleanliness of the property. Not drywall dust, but chicken bones and other garbage strewn about. Our first room had an obviously broken toilet. Our second room was very dirty with an overwhelmingly unpleasant odor. However, all of the hotel staff we interacted with were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hopefully when they get their remodeling done these issues will be fixed.

When checking in, lobby awful smell then heard from Other upset customers there were NO TVs at all in Hotel!?!?! Never have I ever been to a hotel without a TV in Our room! Asked for money back! So disappointed! This hotel is not setting a good example at all for the Company!!!!!!!!’

I hate to give this poor review as it appears the owners may be trying to do a remodel. There were rolls of carpet in the lobby. But check in was unimpressive, barely a conversation. The sheets looked like they had been slept in. The bathroom had dirt in the corners and the tub was very stained. No coffee maker in the room, but there was coffee. The carpet was filthy. The food served at breakfast was inedible. There was no coffee the second morning, no one to complain to. If they are trying to improve thi gs, the least you could do is blow all the debris, weed and dirt from around the entrance. Not a good first impression. The hotel was very quiet, probably because they had very few guests. The surrounding hotels were busy.

Let me preface this review by saying - I travel frequently, on a beer budget, and I do not have high expectations when booking a cheap hotel to spend a night in. I fully believe in you get what you pay for. That being said this hotel was absolutely HORRIBLE. The nastiest place I have ever stayed. We pulled up and there was only 2 other vehicles in the entire parking lot, that should have been our first red flag. Second red flag is that we walked into the lobby, and had to press a ring style video doorbell and then wait aprox. 5 minutes for staff to come to the front desk. Once we completed an excessively long check in procedure we were given our keys and headed to the 3rd floor to go to our room. The elevator was very dirty, gum on the floor, garbage on the floor, not to mention covered in grime and dirt. When we got off the elevator onto the 3rd floor we were slapped in the face with the most disgusting smell, and air that was just hot and thick. Zero air conditioning or air filtration on the 3rd floor. Stepping over trash on our way to our room. Once we got into our room, it was jus as hot, and just as stinky, and just as dirty, There were big stains all over the carpet, the toilet came completely off if you leaned to the right, the bathtub was black with dirt in the bottom and had a literal ring around the tub. There were cigarette burns in the curtains. It was the definition of dingy and dirty. I'm fine with old and outdated, but there is no excuse for FILTY.

It was clean for the most part, stains on carpet which are a turn off. Bathroom sink had a leak under it and maintenance men came to our room because they had to check the smoke alarm.
