This hotel was disgusting. You first walk in and all you can smell is paint because they’re renovating. Ok, fine. I understand that renovations need to happen but that was just the beginning. We get to our room and there’s no garbage bin, dirty sheet on pull out bed with BLOOD on it. There are dirty, sticky smudges on our desk, little hairs everywhere in the bathroom and on pillows and blankets. White stains on the actual furniture, dusty/dirty shower, dirty sink. Our room just felt very unclean. I had to keep getting new blankets, towels, an actual garbage bin. It was very annoying. The pool was dirty, you can literally see everything floating up at the top (hair, debri, etc) when you’re walking you step on debri as well (not really sure what we were stepping on) Hot tub was warm and hot, that’s about the only nice thing on this trip. The breakfast was gross. Flies were flying around the room, bagels were hard as a rock, very limited options for food and you’re not allowed to bring your food back to your room which I’ve never seen in a hotel. Overall I would give this hotel a 2/10. Not worth over 200$ I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and this was the worst one I’ve ever stayed in. Very disappointing and of course I won’t get my money back. Do not book with this hotel, you’ll regret it.

The property is definitely in need of some renovations.Currently underway and it is most definitely needed. Not only the exterior but the interior as well. Rooms need renovations as well.

The staff was very nice, they were renovating so that could have been some of why things were dirty. The pool was cold and the hot tub was warm. There was some debris in the bottom of the pool also.

Hotel is under construction, painting hallways and ceilings, poor communication, toilet in my “Suite” isn’t even mounted straight, showers are terrible… overall wouldn’t recommend
