Outlets associated with vanity in bathroom did not work, therefore no working air blower. Found out upon check out there is switch IN HALLWAY that energizes these outlets. A vanity top info card/tent stating this would be very helpful. Suppose we could have called front desk but was very early in AM and we were I hurry to get to airport on busy traveling day.

Very nice hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff needs to be trained as to what kind of questions they can ask for service dogs. I was asked for my dog's "certificate or paperwork". I explained to the lady there is no such thing as a certificate or paperwork for a service dog. Unfortunately, I was sick and didn't educate her as to the questions she should have asked me.
