Very disappointed

We came to Michigan to buy two puppies. When we arrived at the hotel 8/12/25 in the evening, I asked at the desk about giving a pet deposit for the night. That is when I was told that SpringHill suites are not pet friendly and the puppies could not stay the night. We went to our room and gathered our belongings and checked out of the hotel. This is our second horrible experience with SpringHill Suites in 2 months. We do not expect to book with SpringHill Suites again.
