The room was a mess. There was blood on the phone. The carpet was filthy and there was mould in the bathroom.

My room was not the cleanest, no hot water for shower or from sink and the water barely came out of faucet. My door would not shut properly Restaurant did not have a cook there when I was there so very limited food.

Dirty old should inform when under remodel would not made this choice. Phone in room did not work. Issues with TV and remotes. Faucet loose in bathroom. Just not what was expected from a “Wyndham” hotel

The hotel prices itself on the high end but its really low budget. The light fixtures in the room are old and dingy. The remote didn't work. The heat/AC unit was loud. There were wires hanging out from the wall behind the night stand. The curtains were too small to cover the window so light was coming through. While the staff wasn't rude, they surely wasn't over friendly either. Talked wkth two different employees and it seemed like I was bothering them asking a question.... Yet, its okay to just lay your head down. I wont be staying again though.

Terribly ran hotel. The shuttle driver made me verify that i was actually going to the hotel and i showed but he still called the hotel to make sure i wasn't lying then when i got to the hotel the price i was supposed to be pay changed it was now $50 higher then i went to my room which was not what i originally paid for and it was hot in there but they got me another room and once i opened the door i knew it wasn't gonna work because the room was still under renovation so i immediately went back to the lobby they gave me another room everything seemed fine until i tried to turn on the a/c it wasn't working so maintenance came to fix it they couldn't so off to another room i go the room was ok but again the a/c was not working properly it came on when it wanted to and inly stayed on for about 6 minutes but i was just to upset to keep going upfront so i just dealt with it but it won't happen again

Rude is an understatement. A staff member went above and beyond to be malicious, and they cover for each other. They cover for each other. Talking to the manager will get you no results on negative experience! Even ones that seem obviously discriminatory! Don’t stay here!!!
