The pool and tub were dirty. Pool was cloudy.. Hot Tub had a lot of bubbles with what looked like dirt on it … Counter staff was very helpful and friendly..

Very clean and modern amenities. Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Room had a gap under doors which let sound travel between room/hallway and room/room.

Given the low guest numbers, guests should be spaced out. There’s no reason for rooms to be booked side by side. Our first night was fine, the second night someone booked immediately next to us. They were loud, hammering on doors, up until 6am.

Staff was great and friendly. Not happy to charged full room rates and no house keeping. Not happy not really explained before booking. Windows not sound proofed lots of noise from highway. Trash bin by elevators always overflowing.
