Staff deserve zero stars. The hotel is extremely noisy due to the bar in the lobby, making it unsuitable for families with children. If your room is below ground level, don’t expect to open the curtains, as people in the pool will be looking right in. Also, do not purchase the ‘breakfast included’ option — they won’t honor it unless you escalate through Expedia, and their policy only covers 2 people even if you pay for 4.

The common areas are well-kept, clean and modern. Unfortunately, the same cannot be same for the actual rooms. Our hotel room had hair in the shower, the carpet was soiled and the pillowcases were stained. The experience was redeemed by the friendly staff and the adjacent restaurant, Zalman’s. We are unlikely to return.

Nice lobby, good dining options on property, clean rooms. Everything in between is old, dated, needing repair, and a tad dirty. Other negatives needing to be addressed: very poor water pressure in shower, and water in pool/hot tub appeared to be quite dirty (discolored and murky)
