Comfortable Experience

Pros: New clean and modern
Location: Close to shopping and eating.
The hotel was very clean, the staff was amazing and very attentive of our needs.

Nice hotel,but I wouldn't recommend

We really liked this hotel (very clean,comfortable,and employees were kind) Then I looked at my bank account :( The one night reservation was already paid through travelocity before we arrived. They put 3 separate holds on my account for "incidentals" $150,$100,and $50 even though I left everything neat and no damage done to the room. When I called she basically called me a liar. Never told me that they would be putting any hold on my account,let alone 3 of them. We were traveling due to several specialist appointments/testing for my daughters and I ended up having to borrow money to get home because this hotel took 300.00 unauthorized from me (on top of the hotel room fee which was already paid). It was not returned until 5 days AFTER our stay. It is wrong what they did,and even worse that they refused to own up to it. Will never return!
