We got a room where the heater was broken, and the entry door did not lock. The staff was nice and kind enough to give us another room that looked exactly like what we had which was also an accesible room. The room was spacious, the bed mattress was soft, the bathroom was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good. My overall stay was excellent. I would recommend this place if you're in the area. Thanks, Hilton!

Constant noise in the hallway due to children running up & down the hall. Noise/banging from the room adjacent to ours. The breakfast "buffett" was not. There were no scrambled eggs or breakfast potatoes and the coffee did not taste remotely good. Cold/greasy sausage links did not help at all. The room was excessively hot, 77 degrees, despite having the t-stat set at 68 degrees.
