The room i checked in was dirty and had ants everywhere . I did contact the front desk and i spoke with the housekeeper who said she cleaned that room . The front desk employee said a manager would contact me in regards to this and i haven’t heard anything . Very disappointed in that room .

The only issue was with the third party that i booked my stay through. I paid for my room and the code or authorization sent over from Expedia did not work. Then at check out im told i have a 60.00 balance. Which makes no sense at all then i wss told to have a good day. So i would recommended double checking before you pay anything extra.

Really clean and updated, all staff was exceptional, was very impressed. Only complaint where the pillows, maybe get a few different softnesses, mine were extremely soft and kinked my neck, but besides that, it was an excellent stay

We enjoyed our stay the hotel! Everybody was very nice and helpful! I definitely would recommend staying there and will come back! The two guys at the breakfast bar were super nice and did an excellent job!

My only complaint is the breakfast had it twice the staff that works that don’t talk and you have to seek them out and to get your plate Food is usually cool or undercooked First time the Mexican girl couldn’t speak English or understand anything Nice hotel but that staff is low quality sorry
