On checking in the room looked like a cheap hotel, with wrinkled sheets, but it's a cheap hotel. Once more lights were turned on, there was plastic silverware and food wrappers in the bed, the floors had not been vacuumed, the mirrors were smeared with something almost opaque, and what originally looked like more dirt on the floor began to move and turned out to be roaches. The more we looked, the more we found. The freezer in the room had the remains of someone else's leftovers in it. On bringing this up to the hotel they said that there was nothing they could do, other rooms would probably be the same, and all they would do is tell me to call Travelocity for a refund since I paid through a 3rd party. There were numbers for Red Roof Inn posted around the property, but they are apparently left over from when it was still affiliated with them before having the franchise pulled for not meeting their standards. This is the first time I have ever walked out of a hotel and refused the room.

The television in my room did not work and we were unable to control the temperature of the room . We called the office twice to notify them but no one ever came.

Our stay was excellent because of our 26th Wedding Anniversary. The motel itself was very disappointing. The remote to the television was not operating properly. The bath tub was dirty. There was only one chair in the room. One of us had to sit on the bed. The bathroom was very small. The bed itself was too high off of the floor. The room itself was full of a smoke smell, which was awful. The room was very small. Glad we stayed only one night.

Stole my money

Cons: Terrible customer service
I didn't even get a chance to check-in because there was a blackout in the city and their power was out, but they lied to Travelocity and said I checked in, and kept my money! DO NOT STAY HERE.

Nightmare from hell.

My stay was horrible I had friends visiting from out of town we experienced rude employees there was a pest problem with roaches we moved to another room they were in this room also it took as long 2 hours for a customer service person through Travelocity I will never stay at this hotel again and I wont use Travelocity as well😞😞😞.

My hotel room was double booked.

Pros: Quiet
The night time clerk staff gave a key to another customer, who then walked right in to my room while my husband and I were inside.

Nice clean room

Stayed at the 696/dequindre property and was very pleased. The room was clean and the service at the hotel was excellent. The two at the desk were very helpful with my travel plans. I will be coming back for sure.
