They need to do better
Called for early check in. Called 3x. No answer. Got there early and they couldnt allow early check in. Got checked in..key cards didnt work. Drawers on dresser were broken. Shower temp dial broken. Bad stay.

Filed under you get what you pay for, but, unswept floors and 3 roaches spotted in under the first hour spelled less than an hour stay. Was cordial and asked for refund. Was told until they were paid by Hotels.com I would not get refund. Hotels.com tried multiple times to engage with them to no avail. Lesson learned.

Absolutely horrendous.
We entered the room, smelled a strong pee smell, saw several stains on the blankets, lots of dirt and dust on every piece of furniture, toilet paper stuck on the floor under the sink, and we left. Yep, we thought staying there overnight would have been a threat to our life and our health. Extremely unhygienic, unsanitary and unsafe.
