Host was welcoming. Linens and appliances were present and available for use at arrival. Digital welcome guide was a plus to figure out internet, where we could find dishes, trash expectations, etc. I would suggest adding info about the lock system though. It was a difficult process to lock up for in/out purposes but the host was very responsive during our stay to help with that. The photos on the website were close enough to what the actual in-person feel was. My suggestion would be to hire a professional cleaning company to use between guests. I could definitely tell it was not professionally cleaned and felt the need to clean and disinfect for my family before we could get comfortable. The showers could also use storage for guests to be able to use for holding shower products during use. It was very awkward to have to sit all of my things on the floor. All appliances were in good working condition, the internet was not fast enough for my son to play streaming games on ps5 which was a bummer for a stay over three days. All in all, nice host, decently comfortable space. Modest space with Room for improvement around amenities. Not my standard of cleanliness so guests should expect to do a quick clean before settling in—I even needed to clean old hair out of the bathroom sinks before we used them. This was comfortable space-wise for my family of five and gave me a solid sense of what I would want in a quality BnB experience moving forward. No bad host experience to report.
