Please refrain from smoking inside the unit! Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our unit as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ NOT PET-FRIENDLY UNIT ★
This unit is NOT pet friendly. Please let your host know if you are travelling with a service pet. Non approved pets will be subject to a $500 fine.

To ensure the safety and security of all guests, we require a valid government-issued ID from the primary guest before check-in. This is standard practice for all bookings. We retain the right to refuse access to the property until your ID is collected and verified.

Please note there are security cameras surrounding the exterior of the property & inside the common area laundry room. There are no cameras located inside any apartments.
