Initially I was checked into the wrong room. They did put me in the correct room the next day when I brought it up. On going to the new room it did not look like they cleaned the floors and there was food from a previous stay in the fridge. In the 4 weeks that I stayed, I found 2 dead bugs in the room, there was no room service, and the AC broke down after the 1st week. I mentioned the AC to the front desk the day after, and followed up after a week, but nothing was ever done. The staff was very friendly but unfortunately I could not recommend this place for an extended stay.

Customer service was excellent. There was a problem with our room and they fixed it asap. Then we had a reservation link and they very helpful with that as well. Great place and we will stay here again.

ANGRY FRONT DESK LADY

The front desk lady is not so kind. She was friendly at check in but when she called the room to say that I needed to come to the front desk because there was a discrepancy with the room, but couldn’t tell me why she got extremely rude and started yelling at me and hung up the phone. When I got down to the front desk she still had an attitude while I was trying to understand what was going on and she kept yelling at me. I couldn’t believe what I was experiencing. I asked for her name and she said it doesn’t matter and continues to shut the gate in my face and yelled you won’t get a refund. I think she was on some drugs. My friend and I didn’t feel safe so we didn’t stay the night. We had to find another hotel that felt safe and clean. I’m so disappointed. I’m used to professionalism when I go to hotels. I will never go back
