"The property exceeded our expectations. Communication with property owner and manager was excellent. We had hired cars and found everything we needed in Lourinhã which is just a 10 minute drive away. The stunning locations of Baleal and Peniche are also a just a short drive away and a must-see. Some of our party easily took the bus from Lourinha to Lisbon for the day. The pool was a great size and the outdoor area was well utilized throughout our stay. The house is extremely well equipped with all essential kitchen and dining utensils. We barbecued easily on several occasions. We cannot fault anything. The only suggestion we have is that although we used the washing machine, a second set of both bath and pool towels would have been useful. I think we will be back! "

"Hugely disappointed, had to vacate end terminate our stay early - Unable to use outside dining area, black furniture paint steaks staining our bodies and clothes - Antisocial neighbouring parties over looking the pool, outside area and master bedroom - No blinds in master bedroom - No basic startup essentials (no toilet paper on arrival) - Only two loungers for eight guests, no pool towels and no seating furniture for the upper terraces - Warped & wobbly outside decking, unsafe & hazardous - Neighbouring farmland freshly sprayed manure, overpowering smell This property is nowhere near the standard advertised. Were given a partial refund back but not reimbursed for the damages to our clothes from the paint."
