This is an affordable hotel in a very convenient location near the center of town - O'Connell Street, Temple Bar and bus/rail lines. The hot breakfast is generous with a lot of options. The bar is cavernous and old-world comfortable. Staff are friendly and efficient.

I enjoyed the live entertainment at the bar. I did not like the Celtic dance night seating. Priority seating, and the best, were given to tour groups. They didnt appear to be staying at the hotel. We were staying at the hotel and were given seats to the far left side of stage. We could not see the dancers heads nor feet. We had to rely on the TV above our seats to watch. Audio was difficult to hear musicians voices.

Neighbourhood felt a bit seedy after dark. The bartender in the restaurant, Charlotte, was very rude to a number of customers while we were in - maybe just having a bad day. All other staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk.

We were placed on top floor (no elevator) rooms were noisy (right on street). We left an item in our room and called multiple times to retrieve it and were given the run around. Would not recommend.

Loved our stay! Facilities were clean and staff was wonderful. We didn't plan ahead for parking, and it was a little hairy navigating, very busy streets. But, once parked in Jarvis car park all was well

We enjoyed the breakfast and the property was close to all Dublin attractions. We were upset that we did not have a lift to our 3rd floor and had to carry our luggage up/down the stairs. The staff stated they would help with our luggage, but they did not. Our room was noisy since we were on the street side.
