Initial check in staff on Saturday night 10/11 was less than helpful and practically rude. Due to an error in booking, we checked out Sunday morning and back in Sunday night. Morning staff was delightful and most helpful! Restaurant staff and housecleaning all lovely. Restaurant ans hotel was clean but surrounding area is quite dirty.

The hotel is okay. Average. Clean. Thin walls. You will hear outside and next door. The restaurant is overpriced and basically pub food. Dirty and busy outside. It’s a city. Second time we’ve been to Dublin and next time it will only be one night next to the airport when leaving.

Wonderful Brief Stay

During a brief stay in Ireland, we enjoyed this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, offering both English and Irish classics, plus gluten-free options. Its location near attractions like Dublin Castle, the Chester Beatty Museum, and St. Patrick's Park was ideal. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and modern. Highly recommended.
