The staff at the Radisson Blu St. Helen's were wonderful. They helped our family of 11 get taxis to head in town central Dublin. They also advised us on purchasing the breakfast buffet which was wonderful.

It was a nice location and a beautiful property. I wish they would have told us that they would not have any working fridges. In the rooms also, the ice machines did not work.

Spacious location just outside central Dublin

Great place to stay, lovely setting and great front aspect. Easy to get into Dublin centre but spacious and green. Some of the facilities in the room are a little out of condition (shower heads, small/old baths). Staff were lovely and the common areas were nicely done.

Staff was excellent, location is 20 minutes from the town but well worth it. Beautiful grounds, breakfast was awesome, staff were top notch, free parking, would recommend anyone to stay there, you won’t be disappointed.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated — everything felt high quality and inviting. The staff were excellent: friendly, professional and always willing to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights of the stay was the breakfast — absolutely delicious with a great variety of fresh options. The location was also very convenient with easy access to local attractions and amenities. Considering the level of service, comfort and overall experience, the hotel offers great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

Wrong Location, Overpriced, and Very Outdated – Disappointing Stay I booked this hotel thinking it was near the Royal Convention Centre — it showed availability on Expedia when everything else was full. Turns out it was a different Radisson, 30 minutes away. Expedia didn’t clearly highlight the distance, and the booking was non-refundable, so I was stuck with it. Very inconvenient and frustrating. The hotel itself is extremely outdated and definitely not worth the high price. No USBs or plugs near the bed, no minibar or fridge, and the light above the coffee machine didn’t work — which made using it almost impossible in the dark shelf where it was placed. Room service menu was limited, expensive, and the €6 tray charge felt like a money grab. €16 for a few slices of smoked salmon? Not worth it. Breakfast was average at best. Staff at the other Radisson I mistakenly went to first were rude and dismissive, showing no care that I had booked the wrong location. I’m a Radisson Rewards member and expected far better treatment. Only positives: the garden was nice and the shower was powerful. But I needed a bed near my venue, not a long drive and a subpar stay. Would not recommend — disappointing for a Radisson-branded hotel.

Nice hotel, lovely grounds and very friendly, helpful staff. Only criticism is that rooms are not at all soundproof. You can hear people talking in the next room.
