Wonderful hotel, wonderful location. Step out the door and you were in Temple bar. Incredibly convenient. Staff was very friendly and rooms are very clean, but small. The lobby is beautiful. The roasted chicken in the restaurant was delicious.

Be prepared to be in the centre of tourist central if you book this hotel. Rooms on the front are VERY noisy, especially on weekend nights (to 2 am on Saturday). Also, only some parts of the hotel are air conditioned. My room on the front of the building got up to 27 degrees C. There was a fan, but still—not very comfortable. On the up side, the hotel is in easy walking distance of oodles of restaurants, and actually has a cafe itself for a super easy option. The breakfast is EXCELLENT—lots of choice, and hot food very fresh. The lobby is really nice—a pleasant place to gather at the end of the day. And for the most part the staff were lovely.

Great location

I chose the fleet for its location close to Temple Bar. It was a very walkable distance, and even though it was so close, the noise level was not intolerable. However, late night revealers could be heard in the alleyways. Also, very good and popular pub directly next-door.

Great location for when visiting the tourist heart of Dublin. Everything was within walking distance, the staff was accommodating, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Keep in mind the room size, as they were smaller than we expected, but we didn't plan on lounging in the rooms, so they served their purpose. The breakfast plan is worth it, and the restaurant attached was also great!

Right in the tourist district, so some of the rooms can be noisy at night. Lots of stairs in the hotel, even though there are elevators, not all rooms can be reached without taking a few steps up or down. Hotel is clean, and the included morning breakfast was a good perk.

Very convenient to our targeted interests, e.g. Trinity College, Fleet Street bars, Grafton St. Yet just enough removed from Bars to not overwhelm. We walked everywhere given the central lication. Enjoyed!

I arrived at 7:30 am and I was exhausted from traveling all night. At first they said my room wasn’t available, but I could check back at noon. I went and laid on a couch in the lobby and within 10 minutes the lady had my room key ready haha. The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location. I thought the room was updated and clean. I had a very comfortable stay. I was able to walk to everything from this location.

Wonderful breakfast with every food you could wish for, cooked to perfection! Enjoyed the hot breakfast with a latte then the hotel gave us muffins for our roadtrip. Very easy parking and hotel gave a discount. Total parking was 19 euros. Hotel is a beautiful 100+ years old. The elevator goes to 3rd so we had to carry suitcases up a flight. Our room was tucked under the eaves, above the trees. Absolutely quiet and meticulously clean. Comfortable bed, king aized(?).
