Very cool staff. Excellent location. Smallish room even by European standards. Nice bathroom. Small closet with no luggage stands was not good- ppl travel with suitcases, don't they know that? Car pickup arranged by front desk needs work- multiple guests = multiple cars = wrong drivers. I strongly suggest you tighten that system up.
