Stayed for July 4th weekend. The home was great. Gorgeous views and super roomy. Loved all the amenities. Great location near all our planned activities: whitewater rafting, hiking, scenic drives. Close to McCaysville, which had a great coffee shop. Getting to the house was easy. Check in, stay and check out instructions were easy to follow. The views are amazing. Since the house is at the end of the street, it is so quiet and peaceful. Wifi signal was good and the kitchen had all the supplies needed. The game room/man cave/kids room downstairs was super cool.
We'd stayed in Blue Ridge before and enjoyed being a bit away. It allowed us to the opportunity to explore other areas. The cabin, especially the backyard, was perfect for what we wanted. The kitchen is very well appointed. We had a great Thanksgiving week!!!!
The view was amazing! We felt very secluded, but had the luxury of being close to town. Great price and wonderful experience. We are already planning our next trip there!
This was a lovely property with plenty of beds, a lovely game room, and a fantastic open kitchen/living room. It was at the top of a hill tucked away from other homes. There was plenty of space for parking. It was a great launching point for activities on the river and in the mountains. The town is quiet and adorable with a great little brewery and shout out to Rods' Rockin rolls-great little eatery. The porch is wonderful for morning coffee and even wine.
My best friend and our husbands absolutely loved this cabin. It was very spacious. We could all be together yet separate and have private time. Very clean and felt like home. Will definitely be staying again!
What a great place to get away, but still close enough to go do things. We went white water rating and checked out copperhill/mccaysville it was a wonderful time. The house was large and very nice. An amazing place to stay.
The place had enough stuff to stay busy you wouldn't even have to leave.
My family and I enjoyed this cabin: It was well made, clean, and well stocked. We had some issues checking in and out according to the instructions, which was to use Alexa. Alexa wasn't set up. So we just communicated through VRBO messaging. We all enjoyed the game room, playing pool and darts. We'd stay here again!
I and my family really enjoyed the peace and quiet of this getaway, I could always reach someone if needed...they had everything you needed right their in the cabin!
Great view and good middle ground to get to all we wanted to see!
We visited Cleveland, were our kids were staying at Lee University for church camp. We had a great breakfast at a local place owned by a sweet family called Diner on 1st. We tried dinner at the City Diner. Run, donât walk, donât let the name fool you. EVERYTHING here is good and dozens of fresh cakes and cheesecakes!
We river rafted at High Country and spent time playing around at the upper river before the weekend. We went to Georgia and visited a winery called Bear Claw with a great view of the vineyard and good wines. And the small towns just south of us were great to have meals on the river. (Copperhill)
This cabin had everything we needed and space for two families with 3 kids in total. It is a must stay!
We rented the home to be close to family and needed space large enough to accommodate two families. This was the perfect space for us. Perfect location, beautiful view, and plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely rent again next year!
Great property. Home was very clean and well appointed. My kids loved the downstairs game room/pool table. Close to many great spots for hiking and enjoying the outdoors. Would stay here again.
We had a relaxing time while visiting friends in the beautiful area of Ducktown. Large house with kids beds in the basement. The king bed was big enough to accommodate our 5 year old, too. Nice place, with great Civil War books!
