• We are not responsible for food that becomes spoiled stored in the refrigerator due to power outages or equipment malfunctions
• No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes (fines may apply)
• Report any damage or mess promptly (penalties may apply)
• Review the `Additional Rules` under `Things to Know` to avoid fines

You will have access to the entire home! Temporarily the garage will not be available for use.

Your own vehicle transportation will be required.
-Observe quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.
-No smoking/vaping allowed on the property of this home. Additional cleaning fees may be applied for odor and stain removal.
-Kindly wash your dishes after use. Additional cleaning fees may apply if dishes are left unwashed.
-PARKING: Driveway parking is available, and you are also welcome to park on the street.
-Adjust the climate and lighting to your preference, but remember to TURN OFF all lights and appliances when not in use.
-You may use the fridge and pantry for storing food and consumables.
-Dispose of perishable items before the end of your stay.
-Please note that the fridge and pantry may contain food or consumables for guests to enjoy. However, it is the guests` responsibility to inspect these items before consumption, and the host is not responsible for any illness or adverse reactions that may occur.
-If you use spray tan, please bring your own linens, as staining may result in additional charges.
-Refrain from rearranging the furniture.
-If you plan to host an event (e.g., wedding, graduation, but not a party), please consult with me beforehand.
-Hosting a party without the host`s permission that results in extra cleaning will incur additional charges. If such an event disturbs neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
-Suspected possession or use of illegal drugs will lead to contacting the authorities and GUESTS BEING ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
-Please only flush toilet paper, no other paper products please as we are on a septic system. Failure to comply will result in additional fees.

-Finally, as this is an Airbnb community and my home, please treat the property with respect and leave it clean upon departure.
