Clean. A basic but acceptable breakfast & polite enough staff. Easy parking & close to the bus stop that's a 30 minute ride into the City. Perfect for what I needed.

The room smelled like a rodent if the temp was over 70 in the room, disgusting! The carpet floor tile wasn’t stuck down in the corner and tripped me so I put something heavy on it. The bathroom vent, heat lamp did not work so the Lottie stayed fogged for a whioep

I had a comfortable, clean, and quiet overnight stay at Comfort Inn Edgewater! Sojo Spa is right across the street, and there’s plenty of shopping and dining nearby. The staff are kind and helpful, there’s a small convenience store in the lobby, and breakfast is available in the mornings. Nice sidewalk along the river next to the hotel, too!
