● Main-level primary bedroom with private loft and panoramic bay views

● Two main-level living areas + updated kitchen and dining room

● Lower-level living space with additional bedrooms and laundry

● Patio with comfortable seating + fire pit overlooking the water

● Direct access to the sandy beach and the crystal-clear East Bay



Guest Access:

● Entire waterfront home

● Private beach area

● Outdoor seating + fire table

● Garage + driveway parking - Room for 3 vehicles and/or trailers. Shared driveway, and not possible to turn trailers around.

● Kayaks and beach essentials that are at home are free to use, but not guaranteed as part of the stay.

● Check-out: 10 AM

● Waterfront property, children should be supervised
