- To ensure a seamless check-in experience, guests are required to review and sign our standard rental agreement and complete a quick check-in form prior to arrival. This helps us comply with local regulations and provide the best possible stay.
-Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee. This is detailed in the guest contract.
-You have access to the entire home, circular driveway, and the private yard.
-In an effort to keep the entire property more secure, the house is equipped with a ring doorbell camera to monitor the driveway and the front entry.
