I am not able to rate other than staff. When I showed up I was told I did not have a reservation. The desk staff told me that it as due to Travelocity cancelling the reservation. They did not apologize for the error or offer to help me find another accomodation.

The booked room had a very bad smell. Complained to hotel staff and they gave us a room spray.sprayed the whole room but the funky bad smell would not go away. Used the strongest deodorant spray but no change. Very disappointed.

Disappointing

We checked in and the pool was closed due to chemicals being too high. Disappointing since I booked this hotel solely for the pool and breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, that was also a disappointment. The food was not coming out fast enough and there was not enough. My 5 year old was extremely disappointed since this had happened to us several times before. I actually called on Wednesday for this same issue.
