I didn’t eat the breakfast. The room was very clean. Some of the things were a little shabby and not looking new but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Actually the Hotels reservation was never in their system! They claimed I never made a reservation sorely disappointed with Hotels.com and the Super 8 Motel. You should investigate why this happened.

Poor check-in | Uninformed staff | Dirty room. A way-too-long check in process, had to wait about 5 minutes for someone who worked there to actually show up, then they wanted more information from us than any other hotel booking did. Once finally checked in, we went to our room, flipped a light switch that didn’t work just to use our phone flashlight to see it was still dirty. No sheets on the bed, other people’s trash in the trash can. That was enough for us, so we left and asked for a full refund.

Only one third of the time I passed the lobby area I saw an agent standing on his working spot: I had to wait to see someone to ask would. The property advertised breakfast. I never saw that kind of limited breakfast! I am extremely disappointed!!! And will never recommend this motel!
