Lovely 1800 sq ft single level home, (a few steps up), large patio on Oceanfront in Encinitas! Available year round for enjoyment in style. This one has 1 master with a King bed, a set of single bunk beds, and one bedroom with a Queen bed!, The master bedroom has an A/C unit and both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Two private bathrooms. Oceanfront, with stairs to the beach only 3 houses over at Stone Steps Beach and a jacuzzi on the deck. Short distance to Moonlight Beach! Two car parking off street in driveway. Fantastic views from living room, dining room and kitchen! Soaring ceilings, knotty pine, and a fireplace. This gorgeous home is adjacent to the Historic Pacific Coast Highway, (not too close), but easy walk to down town, and to restaurants and boutiques, with immediate access to the white sandy beaches. You can also take a walk to Moonlight State Beach, with permanent lifeguard headquarters, tennis court, modern tot lot, concession stand, fire rings, showers and public facilities. Moonlight Beach is the focal point of all summer activities in the city of Encinitas. Neptune Ave is a location for a relaxing beach vacation within city limits! Enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves while enjoying the jacuzzi spa watching the boats, dolphins, and cruise ships float by. Beautifully landscaped exterior. The kitchen is fully equipped, with many extras. The sun room faces the sunset ocean views. The patio has a dining table for 6, and is just outside the indoor dining table. A barbeque is on the deck too. Comfortable seating arrangement with cable, new smart TV and fireplace in the living room. Amazing views on the deck and just a few steps to the beach down Stone Steps. We enjoyed the sitting room with view of the ocean. We had a couple service issues at the onset of our stay but would recommend this amazing house overlooking the beach.

The home was older, but well kept up and very clean, and the location was excellent. Communication with the host was very easy. My only suggestion, not really a complaint, would be to upgrade the mattresses to something a bit more comfortable. Otherwise would highly recommend!

The location and views are unbelievable. The only problem we had was with pretty bad phone and WiFi coverage, which made it very difficult for me to work while there. If I hadn’t needed to work, it would have been perfect!

2nd time staying at this location for 2 couples. Home is very clean. Home is a bit dated, but don't let that concern you, its well taken care of. Great area for walking, view is amazing from the deck. The beach below is a short walk from the stone steps access nearby. Sitting on the deck watching the surfers was very relaxing, while listening to the waves. Lots of good restaurants in the area and whatever else you may need. Eileen was very responsive and easy to deal with. If I could make any suggestions; its still the same mattresses from our last stay 9 years ago and an update is needed; a bit lumpy for both couples. The home does have TVs, which is great, but the living room should have a larger one for viewing. And a martini shaker would have been great to have. All in all, a wonderful stay in a lovely home and neighborhood, and if we were in the area, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Enjoyed the stay. The view looking out onto the ocean was incredible. Location was perfect. Did not seem to be a kitchen garbage can which we would have liked to have used. The house in the bedroom areas had a sewer type smell also.

Great family destination

The property is perfect for a family of 5. It came with everything we needed. The views of the pacific are unmatched. The house was clean and met all expectations. Encinitas Heaven on Earth!

We had the best time! The charm of the cozy and spacious cabin feel, backdropped with the Pacific Ocean. The warm fireplace in the living room, and the bright sun room, made it our favorite beach house stay yet. Stunning deck and views. A rainbow and dolphins! We noticed and appreciated every detail of this charming house - the pocket door, the pull out cutting boards. Everything you need will be ready for you. It is the first time we have ever went to sleep in a VRBO where it felt just as comfortable as being at a family home you were visiting. The kiddos love the bunkbeds! We hope this VRBO beach house will be around to book for many years to come, as we continue to make family memories at the beaches of San Diego county! Thank you so much - it was perfection!

We loved staying here. We’ve stayed at a dozen different places when we visit the San Diego area and this is our favorite so far. My kids agree. The house has character. It’s close to the places we wanted to visit. It was quiet. People we ran into on the street or at the beach were friendly.

Incredible ocean view

We loved staying in this home overlooking the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed, we walked to Moonlight beach and town (about 1 mile to town). We had coffee in the morning in the front room overlooking the ocean and watched the sunset on the deck.

Relaxing honeymoon experience

We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and had a great experience overall. Eileen was super helpful, kind and communicative throughout the booking process and during our stay. The view from the porch was spectacular! We spent a lot of time watching the ocean. The house was very clean and tidy. One issue was the master bed, not very comfortable to sleep in for us. There was also an issue with the washing machine, but Eileen offered to fix the problem immediately when we let her know what was going on. The house is dated, has older furniture and carpet. All of the houses in the neighborhood are very close together, you can easily hear neighbors talking. Overall, a wonderful relaxing stay and we appreciated Eileen’s response time and help.
