Walkable Ephraim Duplex | Cozy Nights & Bay Sunsets

Heading to Door County this Fall? Our Ephraim escape is only 2 miles away from Peninsula State Park where you can embrace the beauty of the changing leaves! Want to take in a the last warmer days of the year? We are located just one block from the beach where you can take in some incredible sunsets. We are also a short walk to some of the best restaurants in Door County. This peaceful duplex, with a beautiful yard, is situated in the heart of downtown Ephraim. Up to 5 people can enjoy their own private escape where you can relax and recharge. Each cottage comes with 1 queen bed/1 bath/kitchenette. Cedar also has a sleeper futon. The property is situated on .8 acres yet an 8-10 minute walk to all that Ephraim has to offer such as Wilson's, Ephraim Coffee Lab, Trixie's and the Bay!

In the duplex, there are 2 separate cottages, called Pine and Cedar, each with 1 queen bed/1 full bath, and a kitchenette including a sink, coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave, and toaster oven/air fryer. Cedar also has a twin-size sofa bed. Since it's a duplex, the two studio cottages do share a wall, and some noise can be heard between the two. There is huge yard, where you can enjoy lawn games and a fire pit.

There is a mini split AC unit in each side of the duplex and heat.

We offer WIFI/internet.

Provided:
Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

We do provide a starter pack of essentials which includes the following: 2-3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1-2 rolls of paper towels/unit, dish soap, hand soap and 2-3 garbage bags.

We also supply travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap and makeup remover towels.

Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.

Please bring your own firewood to enjoy the fire pit.

Guests will have access to the entire duplex, parking and yard. If another family is staying in the main house, you'll share the yard, fire pit, lawn games and parking with the other guests.

We'll be available to you throughout the process. You'll have our phone number and email address and can communicate with us via text, phone or email.

You won't be able to find a better location in Door County! Within a 10-minute walk, enjoy Anderson's dock and the beautiful Eagle Harbor, the famous Wilson's ice cream parlor, delicious coffee, and food. If you want to grab that perfect souvenir before you leave, don't miss the great shops and galleries. Enjoy hiking, biking, and kayaking at Peninsula State Park, only 1.5 miles away. Spend the day tasting delicious Door County wines only a short drive away. Perfectly nestled between Fish Creek and Sister Bay, you'll want to come back again and again to explore all that Door County offers.

We have a camera located in the backyard that overlooks the parking and entire yard. This is on 24/7 and records audio and video and has motion detection. Any tampering with the camera will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given.
