Cozy Country Retreat with Patio and BBQ

Welcome to our "Cozy Country Retreat."
Our brand new home was just completed in November 2022. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near Dayton. Perfect for short getaways to enjoy hiking, fishing, hunting, etc. in the beautiful Tennessee mountains as well as mid-term stays. Conveniently located near Bryan College, Dayton Boat Dock, Watts Bar Lake, Laurel Snow Trails, short drive to Lake Chicamauga, and less than an hour from Chattanooga. Our house also has a two car garage perfect to park a boat. We also have a parking lot at the end of our street to park extra vehicles.

Enjoy access to our full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, crackpot, dishwasher, and Keurig duo coffee maker as well as dishes and utensils. Washer and dryer included. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Smart TV's in each bedroom and living room (BYO password). Free Wi-Fi, cable, central A/C and heating, towels/linen, in-unit washer/dryer, hair dryers, iron and ironing board. Easy self check-in process.

Please note that televisions in this home are operated through roku system.

Lovely home away from home

Tournament retreat

Our kids were playing in a tournament at Fort Bluff and this house is an easy 15 minute drive away. Great location! We had everything we needed at the house and plenty of space. Loved the back patio!!

Very Nice House

The location of the house was great, a short drive out of town. So close to everything and very easy to get to. Nice house and nice people who own the house. Easy to talk to and very fast in getting back to you when you have a question. Would stay again at this place.

Relaxing place

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and clean home. It was the perfect place to rest and get ready for the next day's activities. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood not far from restaurants, etc. We hope to return next time we're in the area. Thank you for providing such a nice place to stay!

Fantastic Stay

This place is absolutely amazing! The place is clean, the location is nice, and the back patio can't be beat!!! We had a lot of rain during our stay and the covered patio was so nice to have during that to still be able to be outside. It's so quiet and peaceful back there! If you're looking to stay in the Dayton area, this is the place for you!
