Got there to check in late as we were traveling all day. Rude guy at the counter said you gave us an invalid cc your room was cancelled we don’t have anything available for tonight. I used the same card last night. It is valid. I’m confident he sold our room to someone else given how busy it was in there and there was an option for me to check in through the app 5 mins before we got there!

Terrible property with person who would not even let me check in the hotel. I showed up at 3am and they told me I made a mistake for booking the hotel at 11:30PM the night before. The smart mouth young man at the front desk had no idea how to do his job and was one of the most ignorant employees I ever met. I had to have him call his supervisor just to allow me to go to my room that I prepaid for thru Expedia. I needed to threaten him to do a credit card chargeback against the hotel. He told me if I booked the reservation at 11:30PM that you need to be there before midnight or you lose your reservation. Never heard such an inexperienced amateur employee try to make lies because he didn’t know how to do his job any better. Never stay at the terrible place they don’t understand anything ahout customer service and the night guy should be fired
