This hotel is safe clean and staff is friendly. I would recommend. They have hot tea and coffee in lobby in early morning, a affordable snack bar that has non alcoholic drinks in fridge you can purchase, snacks.

When I arrived, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude. I had used a third-party to book my booking and I needed to change it because I had the wrong dates. She basically asked me to leave the building and come back when I had my reservation changed. I realize she didn’t have any authority to change the dates, but she could’ve been a lot more polite about it. If I was her boss, I would’ve fired her immediately. They’re a customer service industry. Don’t treat people like crap.

I was not impressed with this motel at all, what made it worse was the room I was in was right next to the faculty break area/party room. it was extremely disturbing in the evenings with the loudness and the vulgarity of the evening staff... YES I could hear everything you all said about all the customers you hated so much myself included! the short heavyset girl about knocked over one night when I asked for a spoon and fork because I interrupted girls night she was in such a rush to get back to chit chat...I would never stay here again and definitely will not recommend it to anyone. YOU NEED TO FIRE AND HIRE NEW STAFF!

Had a problem which was remedied.

We had a problem with our original room, not being made up so we went back to the desk and they gave us a different room but not the type we requested. The desk staff offered us a free drink or food in their shop. A few days later the manager approached us and offered to credit us for one night. We feel the hotel did everything they could to remedy the original problem so we’re satisfied.

Great value for the price. A shuttle from the airport is available 24/7 which came in very helpful because our flight was delayed and we landed after all the car rental counters were closed. There are plenty of nearby restaurants within walking distance. The location is downtown but Fairbanks' downtown is more industrial than I expected. The hotel is clean but they don't clean your room everyday if staying multiple nights. They do have a tiny mini-mart in the lobby for quick breakfast or snacks.
