we loved the rustic feel of the place - the gardens and plants around the facility were well kept and beautiful the art collection was amazing! I'm sure they get tons of visitors so carpets need some updating but the volume must wear them down quickly

Very beautiful near a river. Best experience walking around and enjoying the long bright days. Best breakfasts. Best decoration. The price was reasonable. The only weakness is the cleanness which unfortunately did not match up to the beautiful hotel. There was visible dust behind the bathroom door and the sink clogged during our stay. We informed the front desk staff in the morning, but nothing was done when we were back in the evening. Overall I still like it and highly recommend it

Very much enjoyed our 3 nights at Pike's. Our room was clean and comfortable; the blackout curtains worked well to keep the midnight sun from lighting up the room too much. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good as well with several hot options. Really enjoyed the nice areas in the back along the river. Would stay here again.

Overall a very good stay.

Hotel is very oriented to customer service. It is a very formally decorated hotel with beautiful wood surfaces. It is an older building but well kept up. Our bed's mattress had lost most of its support but still comfortable enough. Bathroom was in good condition. Breakfast was the same everyday with a good choice of fruit, make them yourself waffles, eggs, potatoes sausage, biscuits and gravy, hot and cold cereal muffins and yogurt. Food appeared to be fresh and well prepares with a diligent wait staff. There are many tour groups using the hotel with the lobby and sitting areas being crowded at different times of the day. There was a limited evening restaurant menu because of a recent fire in the adjacent restaurant building. They have a great shuttle service. Overall a very good stay.

Great Staff

Excellent location, restaurant was out of commission due to a fire, but did have a breakfast buffet, and limited menu from the kitchen in the hotel.
