There was trash in trash can in my room, there was hair on the bed and in the shower, the decor pillow was dirty and with lots of stains, the shower head barely let out water because it was dirty from bad water calcium buildup.

Room had a few issues, lights burnt out, paint peeling, desk broken, bed heavily broken in, toilet seat only half tightened down. Took three floors to find a vending machine with water. Tv in the front part of the room would turn itself off making it impossible to watch anything. Room was fairly quiet besides a noisy heater. Breakfast was good each day. Homeless in the hotel asking for money was a bit much at times. They would also go through breakfast and get plates of food without sanitzing.

Not happy that the cleaning staff put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and didn't clean the room. In addition, my diamond mini hoop earrings were stolen!

We stayed two nights in queen suite . We liked our stay, the room was very clean and neat. The staff was very friendly and polite. The restaurant food was great, tasty, the bartenders were nice to talk to, very very friendly. The overall stay was very pleasant and relaxing. I’m giving 5 stars. Very, very nice hotel to stay
