Keys wouldn’t work most of the time, a/c did not cool the room down at all. Room was uncomfortable and not for us. We won’t be staying here again. The staff was excellent but the maintenance is poor.

Is what i expected from best western: room is standard. Food (breakfast) is highly processed and below average, cleaning and front desk staff excellent. The location of this particular hotel is not great. Next to a freeway, about 10-15 minute walk to downtown. The reason we stayed here is because we needed 2 queen beds in a room. Otherwise, we could have stayed downtown for same price. The inns in downtown are a bit more rustic, but the breakfast quality will be much better and you can walk outside your door to other shops and amenities.

Nice hotel

The hotel is in a convenient location and is very clean and comfortable. We had a suite with a kitchenette but the unit did not include any plastic utensils, napkins or other cooking supplies. There weren’t pans but there’s a hot plate like stove. We didn’t need to use the stove but we did get take out and having utensils and napkins stocked would have made for an even better stay.

The hotel itself is very close to the freeway. It was very accessible. The hotel staff were very courteous and accommodating. Isle the front desk staff was very helpful and kind. The stay was great. I was able to use the gym in the morning which was very clean. The continental breakfast was great. Delicious and yummy. Great hotel overall! Kudos!

Good breakfast, not much seating though. I like the location, not as busy and not in a bad neighborhood. No concerns for theft. Good size room and clean. Pool side of the property was a bit loud due to the onramp.
