the worst hotel i've stayed in. it was filthy. blood and urine on the stained, yellow bedsheets. Carpet was filthy. no amenities (have to purchase water at reception). my children didn't feel safe. we actually left after 45 minutes and went to another hotel locally. Avoid, avoid, AVOID!

Overall we were happy with the property. I like that there is a restaurant right in the front. Location was good and close walking distance to stores. A few critiques is the bed linens could be less dingy and the towels a bit better quality. I found them thin and not soft. Also, if no elevator, there needs to be wheelchair accessible ramps. I would stay again as it served my purpose

Restaurant right next door. Convenient breakfast. Easy check in and out. Good customer service- quick resolve of missing towels. Bathroom showerhead height too short- had to bend to wash hair. Overall good experience.

Room and facilities were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and had a fair amount of options. We chose it because of its proximity to the island queen ferry which was a very short walk away. There are a lot of restaurants and stores near by. The only negative things were the exterior doors by the room were hard to open. I don’t know if the card scanner is the problem but it would take several minutes to get that door open. Also the heated pool was kind of cold. Otherwise it was a very nice trip.

Ggod room but breakfast less than satisfying.

A bit disappointed in the breakfast included in the stay. No fruit was available, and the coffee was underwhelming. The staff were very good, and the room was clean!

The ferry is walkable from this hotel. There are a few dinning options. It’s right across Dairy Queen, Bank of America, and a diner/bakery. It’s a 3-5 minutes walk to convenient store and about 5 minute walk to Starbucks. They serve standard sausage, egg, pastries for breakfast… but if you are a coffee drinker, you might want to plan to walk to Starbucks because the complimentary coffee is a bit awful.
