Located in the private community of Greengate this four bedroom, two bath ranch with attached 2 car garage is surrounded by woods offering exceptional privacy, central air, premium WiFi, hardwood floors throughout and ample private parking. Enjoy breakfast in the eat in kitchen aor the additional dining room space with seating for up to 10 comfortably. Outside, enjoy the large private back deck with outdoor gas grill, picnic table and ample seating for relaxing evenings.

Falmouth family vacation

We chose the Falmouth area to have easy access to ferries for day trips to MVY & ACK. We also spent a day in the Hyannis area, along with Falmouth and Woods Hole.The house was well stocked and the bedrooms were spacious. We ate our breakfasts & dinners at the house. One large stove top burner was not working, but the owner had a two plate burner delivered that day. We ate our dinners in the dining room and it accommodated our party of six nicely. We used our Apple & Netflix streaming services on the large TV in the living room for evening enjoyment. The interior the house is dated, but since we were using it as a base for our daily adventures it worked well for us.

pleasant but lacking some necessities

Nice neighborhood, great access to Beebe Woods trails. Beds were comfortable, house has practical layout for a large family or 2 families. We were surprised that towels were not provided, nor was bathroom soap or shampoo. Kitchen was well equipped with many appliances and large fridge. The beds had not been made upon our arrival; the linens were folded and on the bed, and one bed had the wrong size linens. Checkout instructions were not clear. Before departing, we did the usual kitchen clean-up, strip beds and take out garbage, then also washed and folded the linens, and ran dishwasher, dried and put away all dishes. Seemed like a lot to expect of us renters. But we didn't want to get dinged for not following all checkout directions.

Quiet location yet close to everything!

Lovely quiet neighborhood within minutes of Falmouth Center, Wood’s Hole, beaches, bike trail, the ferries, concerts and movies on the town green and lots of trails for walking. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for meal prep and relaxing with Netflix with the family.

My family and I had a great experience. The house had plenty of space for all the kids! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a place on the Cape, close to beaches and shopping.

Fantastic Location

We had an amazing trip! The house is big, spacious, and very clean! It was great for our party of seven and we could have easily had more and still have space to breath. Beautiful wooded area, very close drive to beach and downtown restaurants! The kitchen was very well stocked! The game closet and the local brochures helped keep us entertained in the evenings after a full busy day out and about. Only downfall was that we did not realize we needed our own towels and the rear left burner on the stovetop didn't work. Both easily remedied. We will be looking forward to coming back again.
