Salt air, sunlight and soft sand are waiting for you just steps from the luxury ocean front condo in Falmouth Heights. Located at 286 Grand Avenue this 2 BED 2.5 BATH unit has a private deck overlooking the water. A one floor property, this unit features an ensuite master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite guest room with a full bed. Included in the rental are two reserved parking spaces in the underground parking garage beneath the building. Outside you will find the property's private beach and an outdoor shower to rinse off after enjoying the warm Vineyard Sound water. The deck is covered by the unit above, allowing enjoyment in rain or shine. Unit has central AC, cable TV in the living room and Smart TV's in the rest of the unit. Located in the building there is a fabulous full service restaurant serving dinner nightly with both indoor and outdoor seating. Enjoy an oceanfront meal without having to leave the property!

4 night minimum rentals in the off season may be available. Please inquire before booking if interested in a monthly off season stay. All linens and towels are included. No pets, please. No smoking in the unit. Prices subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
