Begin each morning by flipping pancakes in the kitchen, then grab a fresh bathing suit from the laundry room and head out the door with your beach toys and towels. Charming house , quiet neighborhood. Able to sit outside and enjoy the view of the pond. Short walk to ocean. Close to ferries and downtown. First day no hot water but able to get fixed by end of the day. During course of week , had leaky iron replaced . Dishwasher had 3 buttons broken off so a little challenging trying to figure out buttons to push to get it to start. Vacuum cleaner not working. No broom or dustpan to use instead. Advertised as having washer/dryer, did not realize it would be down a bulkhead ! Had to carry laundry down narrow steps , no railing. Light did not work in basement so used flashlight to see control panel on washer / dryer! Advertised as having parking for second vehicle. We had a truck and barely fit in driveway. Not sure where second vehicle would have parked as no street parking! We liked the house/ location. Feel owners need to provide more info online re washer/ dryer situation and parking situation!

This property was convenient to Falmouth and all its venues. Few minutes to a beach and 10-15min walk to restaurants and coffee shop. Comfortable, clean and cozy with blankets, towels, dishes and cutlery and plenty of TVs. I recommend this place!

Great stay. Beautiful view, quiet, accessible for great day trips. Very comfortable and clean. Stayed an extra day we enjoyed so much. Did not need second bedroom, but if we did would have been uncomfortable with lack of any window coverings. Close neighbors. Great king mattress in master.

A view to die for!
The view is spectacular! Everyone that walked by gave us praises for having this house. Inside the house is very cutely decorated and most of the furniture seems new. There are lots of towels and kitchen utilities. The only thing we missed was a kitchen table but the last day we realised that you might be able to unfold the table in the hallway. We didn’t try it though. It was also a bit hard to find the washing mashine, that was in the basement with entrance from the back yard.

Great location, but needs more privacy
The view of Little Pond, with all its waterfowl was very nice. The beaches are only a short walk away. The house was very clean except for some cobwebs hanging from the bathroom light. Parking is limited, but was okay for our stay as we never had more than two cars at any one time. A third car would be a problem. The furnishings seemed new and clean. The front windows facing the pond need some form of curtains, as the morning sun is very bright and the road is right outside, maybe only ten feet away. There was a lack of curtains throughout the house, including the bathroom. One bedroom had nothing on the windows. The master had Venetian blinds, but that's all and the neighbors are incredibly close. The house was well stocked with most things that anyone would need, including beach towels, a good supply of linens, and all the necessities for cooking and/or grilling. The laundry was in the basement, which was accessed by the outside bulk head. This would be difficult for anyone with the slightest mobility issues. However, having a laundry is definitely a plus for an extended stay. The house has central air, which was needed during our very hot and humid week. In spite of any of the negatives I've mentioned, I would stay here again, but hope that the owner installs curtains throughout the house.
