Tried checking in at 3pm, told our rooms were dirty and they couldn’t check us in. Asked if we can still check in after the George Strait concert ended. Told yes. Walked in at 1am and “lady” behind counter said we’re sold out. Told her I had a confirmation email and booked 6 months ago. She kept saying we’re sold out. Horrible horrible service. Had to drive 2 hours home!!!

Upon arrival noticed room phone did not work.i mentioned the issue to the front desk and the problem was not dealt with before departure two days later. Luckily we never needed to use the phone. Other than that our stay was quite enjoyable
