Blood on the blankets shower didn't drain I almost fell and busted my face. They all lie like crazy tell you 1 thing and do another. Dirt all over. Was not told about the DEPOSIT ON TOP OF MY ROOM BEING 150$ SO THE TOTAL SHOULD HAVE BEEN 400$ BUT THE MANAGER LOWERED IT. MY boy friend stayed up all night making sure there was no bugs his 1st night in a hotel our 1st weekend alone and he has to panic about bugs because ofthe blanket was bloody so he worried the night supervisor said he would get us a free night or 1/2 off another night never happened BOYFRIEND STAYED UP ALL NIGHT

This hotel was amazing in every aspect! My husband and I frequent Buffalo often, and have had some other hotels that have been less than acceptable. We will continue to stay at this hotel everytime! The staff was amazing, the jacuzzi was perfect and everything was perfect!

Rooms need an update- bathroom falling apart. , walls falling apart in room… Hotel should also advise guest of construction going on before booking- was woken up by drilling… hotel floor also smelled like smoke.

The amenities were wonderful. My room on the other hand was dark, with a broken bathroom door, loss front door lock and the enamel in the tub was tore up. I was afraid to take a shower. I wish I could upload the pictures and video. I would never book this hotel again.
