Although there are some nice amenities at this hotel, like the bar and the pool. In general, it was in need of some rehab. Leaky shower that didn't drain well, lots of coats of paint, tired carpeting.

Ridiculous Incidental Fee

I reserved a room for ine night. I was at the desk ready to check in when i glanced at the counter and saw a sign that said an incidental fee of $250 will be charged to my card. I booked through Hotels.com and that wasn't anywhere on there. Why is the incidental fee more than the room? It doesn't matter to me that i will get it back. I'm upset because that fee amount wasn't given to me before i reserved my room.

There was no housekeeping service during our Thursday through Sunday stay, despite repeated requests. The ice maker (outside our room) was as loud as a fire alarm. The bathtub had dirt in the bottom. They did let us have fresh towels each day, which we could pick up at the desk.

The breakfast was good. The only complaint that I have is the $250 security deposit rate. We paid $125 for the room and had to agree to an excessive security deposit that we didn't end up paying. Why charge twice the room rate for a security deposit.

Concert trip

The tub enamel was coming off quite a bit and there was pink mold in the corner front caulk of the tub. The carpet has stains in our room and through out the halls and pool area. Otherwise it was a great stay for a concert weekend. The check-in staff was great as well.
