Room smells horribly of marijuana, the Jacuzzi is disgusting and the TV doesn't work. Talked to staff, was told there was nothing they could do for us. Told us to talk to the manager in the morning. Horrible service.

We had an early flight to make, so we didn't take advantage of the hotel breakfast, even though it was available. The hotel shuttle and extended parking were easy to arrange with the staff at check-in. The return airport shuttle was also prompt, even when our return flight was delayed to sometime around midnight. Room was comfortable enough.

great hotel when visiting buffalo. room was simple but clean. beds were very comfortable. staff was polite. breakfast was ok but you cant expect gourmet at a hotel- it was a very convenient option. the airport shuttle was also very convenient. i would definitely stay here again!
