Terrible stay

Air not working properly ,volume control on TV monitor by staff ,no maintenance on staff

Great room for a great price

Our stay was great, the staff was polite and friendly. The room we stayed in was a king suite, very comfortable and clean! Residence Inn will definitely be at the top of my list for hotels.

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay

Pros: The free breakfast and the free coffee being available all day.
Cons: The exercise room is lacking. Even though it is better than most hotels, I have seen better. The room needs to be expanded and more weight equipment
Location: Several big name stores and restaurants. Galleria Mall is only a couple of minutes away. Went to zoo, Niagara Falls, and Martin's Fantasy Island.
We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Residence Inn. We had a party of 6 and this was the only hotel in the area that could accommodate us in one room and at such a low rate compared to other hotels. For the price we paid we didn't have to sacrifice anything. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful the entire 8 days of our stay. The breakfast area was always clean and properly stocked. Coffee and tea were available all day, which was especially nice in the late afternoon. The dinner provided was sufficient for the most part. If you didn't feel like going out and/or wanted to save a some money, the dinner was definitely worth it. The hotel is located in a nice area. Plenty of stores and restaurants in the area as well. It is also right next to I-90 so it was easy to get to Buffalo, Niagara Falls, and other towns in the area. We definitely would check there first when staying in the area again.
